At George Richards Big & Tall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
